- Booking execution and hotel services: Personal data is necessary to manage your stay reservation. Providing this data is mandatory; refusal makes it impossible to accommodate you.
- Legal obligations (e.g., Public Safety): Data is processed to report guest presence to the competent authorities. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6, par. 1, lit. c of the GDPR).

3. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
- Booking and fiscal data: Retained for the period established by Italian fiscal and civil regulations (normally 10 years).
- Data for marketing purposes: Retained for a maximum period of 24 months from collection or until the user revokes consent.
4. DATA RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFER
Data will be processed by authorized personnel of Hotel Rapallo SRL and by third parties operating as Data Processors (e.g., management software providers, hosting providers). Data is primarily stored in Italy or within the European Union. If transferred to third countries for disaster recovery or cloud services, the Controller guarantees the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure data security.
