How to arrive:

BY TRAIN

Hotel  Rapallo is approx. 800 meters from Santa Maria Novella S.M.N. train station. Of course there are taxis. It is possible to walk along Via Nazionale and arrive at the hotel in 15 minutes. Via Nazionale ends at Piazza dell'Indipendenza, Hotel Rapallo is located another 7 steps distant on Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria n° 7.

BY AIRPLANE

From Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport take the “Vola in bus” shuttle bus to Santa Maria Novella train station (the trip takes around 20 minutes, costs E.4 and the ticket is purchased on the bus)  from S.M.Novella train station continue as described in “TO ARRIVE BY TRAIN".

BY CAR

From North:
On the autostrada A1, exit at "Firenze Nord" and follow the signs for the center (centro). At the end of  Viale Francesco Redi, turn right and then left on Via Guido Monaco. Drive to the end of Via Guido Monaco, and turn left on Via Fratelli Rosselli. After the underpass that go under the train tracks take the Viali di Circonvallazione that go around Fortezza da Basso. Take Viale Lavagnini and then turn right at the first signal onto Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, Hotel Rapallo is on the right hand side at number 7.

From South:
On the autostrada A1, exit at “Firenze Sud” and follow the signs for the center(centro) and Piazza della Libertà. Before the Piazza you'll be on Viale Lavagnini, turn right at the first signal onto Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, Hotel Rapallo is on the right hand side at number 7.
